a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Not in Xeno's DarkRP server.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, it was a RevivalServers Vietnam server. The server is no more at this point though.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I want to make a change in the server and have something else to do.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have skills in problem solving and know to fix situations and I feel as if that would be good traits of a moderator. I am semi harsh as well

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM=Random Deathmatch   RDA=Random Arrest       RDM at first should be a simple verbal warning, then a warning, then a kick. Same with RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is New Life Rule

Instances in which it is Violated

1. You can not return to a raid.

2. You can not return to a spot of death for 2 minutes.

3. You do not remember anything from your past life.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Using data that is not in RP.

Examples of occurrence

1. If you are the mayor you can not run and hide because a bounty hunter has a hit. 

2. Talk about a real life experience.

3. Looking at the list of players to decipher ones job.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report them to the forums and ask them to stop.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the person mass RDMing, finish the sit, then deal with the Mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Since it is a rule to not build in the street, I would tell them to stop and if they don't give them a warning/kick.
