a7) I've been staff, mod or admin on multiple discord servers and a DarkRP server that no longer exists.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) I've been using the server for multiple years now, and I've always enjoyed it, and I'd like to help when the bad situations that sometimes crop up appear.

b2) I've got plenty of experience, and I know how to stay neutral when it comes to issues that may crop up. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) RDM is when a player is killed outside of RP reasons, and breaking the server rules. This should always be punished with being brought, and a warn if they don't have a great reason why they did it. RDA is when a player is arrested by a police or SWAT officer against the laws the current mayor has set up. This should be resolved with an unarrest, and usually a warn towards the officer.

c2) NLR, or new life rule, is when a player gets killed, and cannot return to their place of death for about 2 minutes afterwards. Instances this is violated include PD or regular raids, and the player cannot return to the raid area until the raid is over.

c3) Metagaming is when a player uses information outside of RP to their advantage. Examples include being told by a friend that someone killed them, or using the kill feed to avenge their friend. Another example is keypads, in which player cannot use the correct passcode for a keypad during a raid.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) Ask them why're they're doing what they are, and tell them to stop. If they don't stop, I immediately begin taking screenshots and/or video, and then I make a staff report on the forums.

d2). I call another mod to deal with it, or if one isn't available, I jail them and deal with them after the sit I'm dealing with is over.

d3) I'd have to treat them the same as if there were 50 people online, tell them to either stop or switch to Hobo, or if they do not, I bring them and warn them.
