a5) How many in-game warns do you have? At the current moment of writing this application, none.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Nope :)

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've moderated I believe three servers, I don't recall the names of them since it was a long time ago, Although all three servers were DarkRP.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I know this is the most generic answer ever but it's honest, I want to help, I love moderating. I have for years, whether it goes from discord, minecraft or unturned. I love making sure everybody has a fair experience, I enjoy it more than actually playing the game to play. I don't know why moderation clicked with me so much but it did.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I play video games all day, Currently I don't attend school due to covid-19, I plan on working which would obviously decrease my hours but gaming is something I've always loved since I was a kid, I've been playing video games since I was five, starting with call of duty and moving towards PC since I enjoyed it so much more, Activity in my opinion is a key factor for successful moderation. 

I keep a positive attitude whilst moderating, when I'm not moderating, I do joke around with friends just to keep myself entertained but who doesn't?

I'm fairly mature for my age, I'm 17 and I had to grow up faster than most people my age.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random death match // Punishments vary depending on situation. If it's a one time offence, a warn is suitable, same goes for revenge RDM, if continued punishments get worse, such as a third or fourth offense would be a kick / short ban.

RDA - Random Arrest (not sure what the D stands for) // First offence is a warn, as it is with most violations. From personal experience, third strike you're kicked, if proceeded you get banned, if you continue after the ban expires it eventually turns into a perm ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule // Once killed, you kinda "restart" you can't go back and kill the player that killed you, as that's NLR violation & revenge RDM. (Also NLR typically lasts five minutes)

Ex: Let's say Jimmy killed Tommy and Tommy went back and killed Jimmy as revenge, that would be revenge RDM & NLR violation IF it was in the specific duration of NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

I'm not 100% familiar with this term, I looked it up but it's a bit hard to understand? 

Having knowledge you wouldn't have realistically.

I.E: You're told by a hitman that your party member has a hit on them, you try to kill them and get killed, then proceed to tell your party member the hitman is hunting for them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If I'm able to kick them or such, record what they're doing, kick them and send it to a higher up (Administrator, Owner)

If I can't kick them, Record it and send it to a higher up as soon as possible.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail/Freeze said player, Finish said sit and deal with the mass RDMer afterwards.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Building in streets is against the rules unless you're a hobo, so I'd ask them to either change roles or delete the props if they refused.

 

Extra: I know I don't have a lot of experience in dark rp moderation, which I want to gain by possibly becoming staff, I know I'm not known in the community, I'm nothing special I just wanna be given a chance.
