a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 1 for RDM almost a week ago at the time of this post.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Never

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've never been a staff member. But have been a garrys mod player since around 2014. And have always wanted to be a staff member, but at the time was not fit for it at all.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I enjoy the server quite a lot, over the past week or two. And is the main reason I've gotten back into Gmod after a 2 year break. And I want to try my best to moderate this server to my best capacity.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I try my best to not let my emotions get the better of me and keep my cool.  I would look at all situations with my best judgement as possible. While I am a fairly loose normally, as a moderator I would take it very seriously especially towards major offenders.  I also have the ability to record if required for certain sits or situations.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM stands for "Random Death Match" and it occurs when a player kills or attempts (RDA) to kill another player without RP reasons. This punishment comes with a warn at first, then a second warn afterwards. And finally if a third warn is met, they will be met with a MRDM offense, Which is a 2 week ban. Example of a RDM case is someone getting mad at something another player said and killing them with no roleplay reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 
NLR or "New life rule" is a rule that makes it so that if a player is killed they cannot return to the location of there death for 120 seconds. And that any information on death is lost in that prior life.  An example of NLR is a player thief going back to the PD right after a PD raid they died in.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. 
"Metagame" is when a player uses in game information that they should not have by any roleplay means. An example of "metagame" would be say a player avoiding a hitman because of the "Hit accepted" text.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would immediately start recording and send it to the owner/high admins of the server. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would TP and jail them, then gag and mute them if they are micspamming. Deal with the sit I am already in and deal with the MRDM offender afterwards.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 
I would delete all of there props and ask them to stop and that the only way to build is on the sidewalks as a hobo. If they persist I would Warn them of there actions.
