a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Unfortunately, I do have a NITRP|ARDM Ban to my name which pains me to say. When first switching over to DarkRP, I was unaware of the games rules, which is no excuse, and simply played as if it was some other game such as GTA or some other game. When notified I would be banned, I immediately read the rule to further my knowledge of the game mode. I took it upon myself to to become a better player and better my relationship with others online. I understand the rules well and truly enjoy the role play aspect of the game. I truly hope you can look past this poor incident and see me for the individual I am as my previous actions which I regret, do not reflect me as a person today.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? 

Currently have no prior experience on GMOD. Have staffed some Roblox servers previously (Different but it's something).

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I believe video games should be a safe space for all. Multiple times I have seen the effect of people breaking rules at other players expense which makes the server no fun for anyone. I want to help provide a safe atmosphere for other to come on and just be able to enjoy them selves with no fear of being a victim of a rule being broken. As someone who has seen people be harassed or put in uncomfortable situations at school for years where it similarily reflects rule violations on the game, I wish to be able to create a safe place for people on the server,

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would be a good moderator is my schedule allows me to be online multiple times a day. I describe myself as laid back, unbiased, and generally very calm. I would not be biased and get both sides of the story in order to make a fair verdict, and be sure to prioritize evidence if any was given. If I were to get accepted as a staff member, I think my flexible schedule would allow for the server to be better moderated and gives other members of the XenoRP staff more of an opportunity to enjoy the game as a player and make the game less work. As someone who's pretty much seen everything, I can be trusted to make smart decisions that would help better the RP experience for other players. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is an abbreviation for "Random Death Match" which is a term used to describe a player who attempts to kill another player or group of players in a way that doesn't correspond with RP or in a random manner. This violation should is handled with a warning for the first time, if the player does not adhere to the 1st warning and continues to RDM again, as second warning is permitted, if the player decides to continue to RDM after two warnings, it becomes MRDM, which is typically a 2 week ban if deemed appropriate. Another violation I have observed which falls into the same category is repeated RDM/Targeting, where a player may kill/attack a specific individual player repeatedly over a span of time, although not as rapid as an RDM may be. This should be met with a serious ban, such as 1 week.

RDA is an abbreviation for "Random Arrest" which is the term used for a government official with the authority to arrest someone who arrests a player or multiple players with no valid reason that follows the RP rule. This violation is treated similarly  to RDM, as warnings, either verbal or physical should be given out to first or second  time offenders, but at the point where it seems to be repetitive, it can fall into the category of MRDA which can be treated with a ban which can very on the severity (Ex. 7xRDA opposed to 25xRDA). 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

NLR is the abbreviation for "New Life Rule", a rule which applies to all players regardless of role after dying. This prevents the player from unfairly using information from the past in-game life to assist them self or others in a way that wouldn't fit with RP. This rule prevents dead players from returning to the area in which they died for 120 seconds. Ex. a player raiding a base with his friend is killed and comes back to assist his friend in the raid. This is an example of breaking NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is the term for when a player who collects or uses info they discover in a non-RP situations. Some common examples could be seeing "Hit Accepted" above a hit man and not acting like the hitman is a normal person as would be the norm in an RP situation or deciding as a cop to raid a meth cook based purely on sound and not being able to see the stove where said meth is cooked.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would open OBS and begin recording to collect as much evidence as possible and/or notify an admin with superiority over both of us to help with the situation.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would JailTP the MRDMer. Depending if I'm the only staff member online, I would finish my sit if said sit had not already been finished and then take care of him myself by issuing an appropriate ban if deemed appropriate and no evidence is provided proving somehow it's in an RP situation. If other staff members are available I would request another staff member to handle the jailed MRDMer. If said player leaves, I would capture his Steam ID and request he's is banned appropriately. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would kindly ask the players to remove their props or ask them to switch to hobos and move their props to a designated area like sidewalks which doesn't obstruct other players. If the players continue to build in the streets I would give both a warning.
