Never got banned.

Yes, I have been previously staff member in some old servers like Nidia RP and Redline RP.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have mutch free time due this pandemic situation, and when I join every morning (where in Portugal) I join the server and see that there are a few players but no staff, so I decided try to join, and also saw that staff is struggled with foreign players due the communication, I may help, since I know some languages like Portuguese (fluent), Spanish, German, Denish, Swedish, Austrian and a bit of Quimbudo (aka "Angolan" languages).

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would carefully consider all tickets and each player, in order to provide a pleasant environment for all players and be fair.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random DeathMatch, also known as RDM is when a player kill's other player for no reason.  In cases of RDM the player should be warned verbaly or with a non-verbal warn, in case the player insists on committing RDM after multiple warnings, then the player should be banned. Random arrest also know as RDA is when a cop or swat arrest other player without a valid reason. The same penalties the same pinishments that apply in RDM cases may be applied in cases of RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is the New Live Rule, it means that you are prohibited to return to the place you died, also canno't remember your previous life or take revenge on your killer. The amount of time NLR is active can vary server to server. The definition of this term changes wildly from server to server and from admin to admin.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame or metagaming is when information OOC is used IC, this occurs when a player uses informations from a stream or out OOC source of information and uses that IC to benefit from it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would report it in the forum with evidence

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

First I would put that player in a jail, then I would talk to him and try to make sure that he understands the rules in order to provide a pleasant environment for all members of this community. If the player continues to cause disturbances on the server there would have to apply heavier penalties

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would go to them and tell them kindly to remove the props from the street, as that is against the rules of the server.

On D2) you said you would make sure he knows the rules, MASS RDM is a 2-week ban, no excuse.
