I was Senior Moderator in a Kraken Dark RP server about 2 years ago but the server has since been shut down

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

-With current circumstances I can provide many hours into this server to help other players with their experience while making sure everyone stays in line with the rules.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

-I am able to keep a collected manner and stay calm while dealing with players who are frustrated or don't understand.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

-RDM (Random Death Match) is achieved by randomly killing a player without an RP reasoning and is a warnable offense or if repeated can result in Kick/Ban. RDA (Random Arrest) Is when an enforcement officer arrests a player without reasoning and is also a warnable offense or if repeated a staff member can Kick/Ban the player.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

-NLR (New Life Rule) is experienced when a player has been killed and returns to the location that He/She died within a certain amount of time. This rule can be violated for example during a raid when the owner was killed and returns to kill the raiders at the same base.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

-Metagaming is when a player gains knowledge of something that shouldn't be available to them and it changes their performance. For example a player is dead inside of a base they were raiding and calls out to their party members where the owner is inside making it easier to kill the owner.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

-I would notify the player of what they are doing and verbally warn them to stop, but if the staff player continues I will alert a higher staff member to examine the player while providing what the player did to abuse their power

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

-While currently in a sit I would move the player that is RDMing to a safe location nearby and jail him and deal with that player after my original sit

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

-It does not matter how many players are on the server you are not allowed to build on the street, no excuses.
