Running my own server, and I've moderator for other servers as well, although it has been a little while lol.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

I have a lot of freetime on my hands and have been wanting to put some of that time into helping this server. (plus it's the only server that's doesn't take my computer 84000 years to load into haha). I've also ran a server of my own and feel like I could be of some use to you guys.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Well one I can be on here actively, two I do have prior experience, and three I'm good at handling tricky situations. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

well RDM means random death match, and this would be preformed by killing a player w/o any warranted action behind it. And it's the same with RDA (Random Arresting) but you're just arresting players instead w/o any valid reasoning 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR means New Life Rule and it applies to a player every time they respawn, basically when you do respawn your character is supposed to forget their previous life and have no recollection of it. This rule can be broken by going back to the area you previously died at and engaging with person who killed you or staying within the area for the duration of your NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player takes rp scenarios and turns them into non-rp scenarios usually via OOC. for and example, say you were a Police Officer and another player mugged someone and killed them, and you look at the kill feed and put a warrant out for that player and arrest him even though you weren't apart of that rp scenario or were even there to witness it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

record evidence of the abuse and report it to their higher ups.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

If i'm the only staff online, i'd tp him to the sit, jail him and continue. Once finished with the first sit I would deal with the rdmer in that order. If i'm not the only staff online, I would tp and jail him then ask the other staff member to help deal with them, then take the first sit somewhere else where there isn't already a sit going on.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Delete the props, give a verbal warning and if they do it again give them an actual warn, and if they continue even after that I would kick them.
