b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer because I've been a long-time member, and seeing the server come alive again revived my love for when I was a staff member. I am an experienced staff member, and I know the rules very well.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I take my time, listen to both sides of the story, and make an unbiased judgment. My ability to stay calm and collected in sits is a significant plus to why I could be a good moderator. Also, big bowls of chili.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM- Random Death-match, a person who kills another player for little to no reason.
RDA- Random Arrest, a person who arrests another player for little to no reason.

Both offenders should receive a warning. Upon showing repeated disregard for the warns, players should receive a ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New life rule or NLR is a rule put in place specifying that a player cannot remember their past life after re-spawning. Because of this, a player cannot return to the same area within a 120-second window after death or until the hostile action has concluded. This rule is broken if someone defending their base dies and returns to the said area to kill the attackers. They are not allowed to go back to the base until the raid is over and should not remember who the attackers are within the confines of DarkRP.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is the use of outside or third-party sources to gain an advantage over another player. An example of metagaming is raiding a base using the code for the keypad; or using things said in OOC or in discord to influence your in-game decision, such as watching a screen-share and using it for the basis of an arrest warrant in-game.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Realistically, I would talk to them, encourage them to stop their actions, and record their activities and my interactions with them. If they continue, I would contact a higher-up about the situation and show them the footage.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the Mass RDMer, gag or mute him probably, finish my sit, then deal with him.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Advise them that they must switch to a hobo and build on the sidewalks if they wish to build outside. I'd warn them if they continue to build in the streets.
