I had a like 3 a year ago, 1 from months ago, 0 active a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?: Yes I have been banned 1 time and it was for Mass RDM a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I was a moderator on XenoRP a few months ago. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really like the community and I can handle sits, I really like the staff, staff is fun, I feel like I am ready again. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I can handle sits, I get along with most people I meet, I am not bias, and i know all of the rules. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM= Random Death Match= The act of killing another player without having any reason what so ever. The player will be punished with just a warn if proven guilty. If the player has proven with sufficient evidence that they are new i will tell them to read the !motd and go over a brief summary of the basic rules. I will tell them that was just a verbal warning and not to do it again RDA= Random Arrest= The act of one player arresting another player for no reason what so ever. The player will be punished by getting a warn if proven guilty. If the player has provided evidence they are very new to gmod or darkrp, I will tell them to read !Motd and go through a brief summary of the basic rules. I will then tell them that was just a verbal warning and not to do it again. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR=New Life Rule=The player must forget everything about their in-game past life . Some examples are: The player has a new life anytime they die and cant go back to the spot they were killed for 2 minutes, or if they were killed in a raid they cant go back until the raid is over. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. The act of a player using knowledge they know from the outside world and using it in in game to their advantage. If a player dies they shall not remember anything that has happened in their past life,such as who had killed them, base codes (unless it is their own base). It can also insist of if a player has "Hit accepted" above their head and a player sees it, they cant just be like "WHOA WHOA YOU HAVE A HIT ON ME." It would not be rp and it is really not cool, they should atleast wait until they start shooting. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I record what is happening, post it on the forums, then tell someone who is higher than them to look at the footage. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I was a T-mod I would grab them, jail them, then ban them for 1 week for MASS RDM, finish the sit i was in, file a ban report for 2 weeks on that person. If I was a Mod I would grab them, jail them, then ban them for 2 weeks for MASS RDM, and then finish the sit I was in. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If I was a T-mod i would just ask them to remove it and explain them the rule, if they dont stop I will give them 10 seconds to remove it, if they dont I will warn them, after that and they dont stop they will get kicked for "building on the street" If I was a Mod I would just ask them to remove it and explain to them the rule, if they continue I will ask them to remove it and give them 10 seconds to remove it, if they dont i will remove it for them and warn them, if they dont stop after that I will kick them for "building in the street" I worked on this for 1 hour trying to make it the best I could possibly could. Cons: Banned for Mass RDM Conclusion: I wouldn't mind seeing you on the staff team speaking you are active and and seem to know the rules pretty well, would make a good moderator. See you in game!
