I have never been banned.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
I have Staffed before on HaloRP as event planners which provided both stuff like warning players and hosting events to keep people entertained. I been a staff on CRN HaloRP and its CWRP section as well as a staff on AdeptServers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I wsnt to make sure people have a fun experience and accomplish that by minges who want to ruin other people's enjoyment.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
My current employment on weekends give me a lot of time to sit on the server and act as a staff as well as my current situation of sitting on the server 24/ for the past week.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
I would bring the individuals affected in the situation along with the culprit and give everyone a chance to calmly talk it out. If the person violating the rule was confused about the law or situation at the moment, I would give the person the choice of whether the person should be warned. If the perpretator was aware of what they were doing and minging, I would warn them and make them aware that if the situation persists, it would lead to a short ban.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR means new life rule which means that every life should be seen as separate. This means if someone was kidnapped and killed, their new life would have no memory of the event or the person. An example of this is if you were in someone's shop and were killed for breaking a KOS rule that was shown by a sign, they can't return to the shop for a while because their new life wouldn't immediately be aware of the store. Another example is what i mentioned before with a kidnapping, If you were brought to someone's base and shot during a kidnapping, you can't return to the base and retaliate against the person who killed you. A third example is if someone is raiding you and in the process you get murdered, You would have to wait until they end the raid to enter the building because your new life should not be aware of the current break-in.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagame is using knowledge that your character shouldn't have in order to gain an advantage. Examples of this is using information in OOC in game in order to gain an advantage over someone. Another example is using discord information in game. You could also consider using stuff that happened in game and bringing it into OOC as metagaming as the two are separate from each other.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would get evidence of the abuse of power and send it to someone higher than the staff member. If the staff member ignores it or just plays it off, I would move up the chain and inform the staff of the lower staff's reaction.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would try to inform another staff of the issue and see if they could handle it while I finish my sit. If the staff were busy or none were currently active, I would freeze and jail the perpetrator and let them sit in contemplation while I finished up my sit.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 
I would kindly ask them to build in a building since they aren't allowed to or ask them to switch to a hobo job. I would be lenient due to the low server population but if they were building in a mingy way with propblocking, propclimbing or propminging, I would turn it into a sit and explain to them why that isnt allowed and base a warn off how they respond.
