No, Never. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, On OHMC (Ottowa Hills Minecraft Server). I am aware this is not Garry's mod but i've studied how to manage sits, and I've studied the rules. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I Love this server, And I thought you could use me around. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm very active on this server. I'll be on quite a lot, even though I have school. I've studied the rules as much as I could. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM, Random Death Match, Verbal warn If not proven, Then an actual warn if it is proven. Same thing with RDA, Random Arrest. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. || New Life Rule is when a player is killed. They are not allowed back for the next 2 minutes, 120 seconds. For a raid however, they aren't allowed back until it's over. Ex. A player is killed while thier base is being raided, and they come back immediately to defend thier base. Ex 2. A PD raid is in progress. The Police die and they come right back to stop the PD from being raided. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a person makes use of knowledge they're Character doesn't have. Ex. A police officer sees the advert "Mug" And he places a warrant on that player so he can arrest them, But since he didn't see it it's metagame. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Immediately tell a higher-up of this occurence. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Ban the MRDMing player (Temp) d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Well, It's not allowed unless they're hobos so I'd verbally warn them, Then Warn then, Then kick them, And if it comes to it, Ban them. Ravoi Posted October 12, 2019 Share Posted October 12, 2019 -1 Pros: Good app Prior staffing experience Cons: d3 is incorrect (not allowed, appreciate your honesty) c1 is half correct (only verbal warn if the suspect did RDM or RDA on purpose) Haven't seen you before Neutral: b2 (I wouldn't think math would have an effect with staffing on a GMOD server) 9 in game warns Conclusion: Check up on some rules and get active.
