I have never been banned from XenoRP

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
About a year ago I was a TMod for XenoRP (My Name then was Rage) and had positive reviews from other staff and players, I was removed as TMod as I was finishing school and wasnt able to meet the ticket quota for 2 weeks,  along with this I've helped run Milsims on Xbox BF4, and I helped build a gaming community of over 500 people (Smoking Guns Gaming) on xbox.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
When I was TMod a year ago i absolutely loved being a mod and helping people, it made me feel good to help make someone elses day fun and enjoyable on Xeno and I would like to come back and continue to do these things and pick up where I left off about a year ago. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I work great with people, with over 500 hours on Gmod (most of which are on RP servers) I feel like i understand people alot more than just an average trolling type of player, and I can distinguish when someone is obviously trolling and when its a vaild complaint .

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM or Random Deathmatch is the act of randomly killing a player for no vaild reason, weather it be in the street, a base, or anywhere without a reason, the first offense would be a warn, but if it becomes a repetitive issue it will lead to a ban, if its mass rdm its an auto ban, RDA or Random Arrest is basically the act of a CP or SWAT randomly arresting innocent players either just to troll or for personal gain, again this is offense where you would warn the player as they may not know, but if it becomes a repetitive issue then it is a ban, also if its mass rda its an auto ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR or New Life Rule is a set amount of time to where you can return to a certain RP situation, this time is different for every server, but an example of NLR would be a group of raiders go and raid PD, all are killed but they return less than a minute later and start up exactly where they left off, this would be an example of the group breaking the NLR

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming is the act of getting Information not apparent to the current in game life, for example your playing and a buddy joins, he then messages you about how another player near him has a ton of printers or is growing weed, and says that you should raid him and split the cash, this would be metagame because you otherwise would not have known about this player without information from your friend.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I would either record or screenshot proof and IMMEDIATELY go to the forums and report the staff member, then follow up later and see if any action was taken on that staff member, if not then i would contact the highest staff/owner possible and inform them of the issue and my actions taken and see if we can resolve the issue

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would bring the individual or individuals to me,  jail them, then finish handling my current sit and then move on to the other case, which if it was in fact mass RDM would most likely result in a ban 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
Building in the streets is against the rules, I would explain to the players that the only class that has permisson to build in a public area would be a hobo but even in that case they would have to build off the streets, after I would ask them to please clean up all the props and either build a base somewhere else or go hobo and build somewhere that isnt on the streets all members on the server no matter if staff or members are responsible for there own actions and all are subject to the rules of the server, if the rules are broken punishment will come
