I cant seem to be able to up the resolution its actually pretty zoomed in but you can kinda see where it says he killed me and my friend without us kill ing him first

I did my best to make it easier, Its very crude but should help hopefully. Also I inverted colors to make it easier to edit.

Unfortunately, there really isn't enough evidence. Even if I could view the screenshot, it doesn't show the other player breaking NLR. The screenshot simply shows you guys killing each other. A video is more sufficient evidence for someone breaking NLR or RDMing, as logs can't show location etc.
