like a year and a half ago and because nitrp or something like that i was walking around spawning couches

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I've been on the server for a good year and a half and i just want to help out and i have 907 hours on gmod

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have been on the server for quite a while i know how every thing works around here and i am mature about serious situations

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Rdm is random deathmatch and is when someone kills someone for no reason, the way they should be punished is by a warn for rdm

rda is when you arrest someone for no reason and they should be punished with a warn for nlr

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

Nlr is when you return to a place of death or raid where you have died if you just die in a random area its 2 min before you can go back and if 

you die in a raid its when the raid is over

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Meta game is when you use info from non role play in the game an occurrence is if your a cop and you see in the chat a guy mug and kill someone so you make him wanted and arrest him is just one occurrence another is your in a rair you die and you can see the player trying to defend and you tell the people raiding what hes doing and where he is

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

i get alot of evidence screenshots videos and more and i report it to a higher up on game or in discord and give the higher up than the mod or admin whos abuseing all the videos ect

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I jail the mass rdm and continue with my sit then go back to the mass rdmer and ban him for mass rdm

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

i tell the two players to become hobos and build on the side walks and if they dont i will warn them for building in the streets

Cons: A decent amount of app errors, haven’t seen you on, your bans, and no staffing experience

What to Fix: 

c1) You said You would warn them for NLR when it would be an RDA warn.

c2) Didn’t give any examples

d2) You would fully stop your sit, deal with the Mass RDMer then after you’ve dealt with the RDMer, You’d return to your sit

d3) It would be a warn for propminge.

Conclusion:

After reading and going over your app, I feel as though you should wait a bit before attempting to apply for mod again. I’ll be giving you a Neutral-Leaning -1.

Haven't seen you on really and the app could use some work. Maybe fix it up a bit and become more active on the server and I would consider switching to a +1
