a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I used to own several dark rp servers, PPRP, I admined for PonyLiving (No I'm not a brony) All of these were a long time ago though. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I wanna see the server get better, I'm often on when staff isn't on at the time and see people complain about other users violating the rules. I wanna correct this and make the server better for users.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'd actively be on, making sure people are following the rules and punishing those who break them. Other than that I believe in good relationships between user and staff.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is the Random Death Match, RDA is Random Arrest. People who abuse them should be warned, if it's mass RDM/RDA it should result in a ban. I have a zero tolerance for minges even if they are funny. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule. It can be violated by continuing an RP situation once you've died, or returning to the area you've died. This can also be violated by killing the person who killed you, or even remembering things that have happened in prior to your death.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta game is when you know something you shouldnt, such as knowing a hitman is a hitman, and has a hit on a specific person. It can be violated by calling out the person on this. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I'd report them to a higher up, staff abuse isn't funny, and paints a bad image for the other staff and the server.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I jail the culprit, finish the sit or contact a fellow mod/admin to deal with the situation since I"m already in a sit. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to remove their props unless they've recieved permission, or are the correct role
