I have been staff on many servers like Phoenix Rp which is a SWRP server that is now shutdown, I was also a Super-admin on SWRP. I was a Moderator on a TTT server and a darkrp server. I also use ULX very often and play around with it on my own server.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Honestly it seems like it could use a bit of help in the staffing area because i have seen many situations where there have been constant RDM's and NLR's but nothing was done.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think I would be a good mod because I have alot of experience in staff and running a server.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match, basically when someone kills another player for no reason. a person that commits a first time offence for Rdm I would just tell them not to do it again and if they do it again I would give them a warning, if they continue I would give them a day ban. RDA is when someone randomly arrests another player. If someone Rda's someone else I would tell them verbally like with Rdm and if they do it again I would give them a warning. If they Rda again after that I would give them a 6 Hour ban and after that it would be for one day.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is New Life Rule and a situation where it could be violated is when someone is raiding another player and the person raiding dies but comes back anyway and continues raiding.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

metagaming is like when someone goes into someones base and sees a bunch of printers then dies but still prioritizes that base because they know about the printers, or when they get told about something in someones base outside of the game and they act on it like their in game character knew about it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would probably try to contact a person with equal/higher ranking so they are able to take action but other then that I would report it on the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would call another staff member, or I would quickly jail them then call another staff member to handle it.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would leave them alone for now because they are the only two on, but I would tell them if more people start to get on they would have to delete it.
