a4) What timezone are you located in?

PST

a5) How many in-game warns do you have?

1

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

Not in this server, no.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have admin'd on a smaller Undertale RP for about half a year so I know some basics.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have noticed I am on when times that a lot of admin's are not. I believe I could assist in staffing quite a bit if I were to be given a chance and some time to learn the basics again.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I believe if I were to want to be good, I would need someone to run me through some basics for administration, and time on the job, practicing and learning from others.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM, or Random Death Match is a term used when a player kills another player without reasons defined within the RP; similarly RDA, or Random Arrest is used when a police or government job arrests another person without a viable reason. The two of these jobs should ideally be solved with a warn, if repeated offences are to occur the player in question should receive a kick, leading up to a ban depending on the amount of offences.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR, meaning New Life Rule is the rule stating that a player cannot return to a place of death for a predetermined amount of time, in this case 120 seconds. A player returning to a raid immediately after dying to stop the raiders is an example of this.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Knowing things that a character in that scenario would not be able to know, also including things like hiding in props or other such examples, to provide examples one would have to be knowing somebody has a gun when you shouldn't.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Most likely try to record it for proof, and report to the forums and a higher up if they are available. If nobody else is available, try to calm them down and sort it out myself until the forums handle it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Tell other admins if they are available, if other admins are not, take a physical and mental note of the problem and bring them to the sit shortly after if not immediately to deal with them after and not have them ruin the other players RP experience considering mass RDM is a 2 week ban.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I believe most players should follow the rules even if not many people are on, I would redirect them or at the very least get them to change to hobos to make it semi reasonable until more players get on.

Howdy Grape and Thanks for Applying

Pros: Staffing experience, and low warns and no bans

Cons: App errors, and I havent seen you on

What to fix:

c2) Forgot to mention that a player may not return to a raid after death until said raid is called over.

d1) You wouldn't report it to the forums, instead you would take it to said abusers higher up.

d2) If Mass RDM was to occur, you would fully stop your sit and take care of the Mass RDMer then you would return to your sit.

d3) I appreciate your honesty. You would ask the players nicely that they cant build on the street and then tell them if they want to build near the street they can go hobos and build on the sidewalk. If they fail to listen you should verbally warn them then if they continue hand the players a warn for propminge and if they continue then warn them til they stop or are kicked or banned for reaching the warn threshold.

Conclusion:

I believe your app is ok but can use a lot of work. If you re-apply after 2 weeks and edit your app after playing more I believe you would be a good fit for staff. I'm giving your app a -1.

Thanks and Have a Splendid Day
