Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I think some of the rules are too fuzzy for players as well when playing there are not enough mods on for specific time slots and people break the rules.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think the fact I'm on a lot would make me a good mod. As well, I don't have any existing "friendships" on the server, so there is no incentive for me to be biased toward players. Of course I would be as fair as possible as should any mod.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a player kills another for no reason/ without adverting. Is when police arrest for no reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when you come back after you have been killed before you are supposed to. It happens mostly when someone is raiding then the base owner dies and comes back before nlr is over (2 mins for raids).

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when players unfairly gain knowledge. A good example is a police officer using the warrant system to bust down doors due to a rumor. Another good example is a swat member looking at kill chat to know who to arrest. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Tell other admins/higher ups.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause the sit and immediately and handle the Mass RDM. Once the RDM is handled I would go back to the sit if needed. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to stop, give them an official warning if they don't.
