A couple of years ago I was admin in a server called derp rp, I was really loved on that server and did my job well. The server was popular and the owner said that I did my job great. I also made sure that no one was having a tough time. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I am voulnteering mainly because I love the server and the staff already. Not going to lie, I also would love to be mod as recently I have been diagnosed with a disability in which I am now stuck at home with nothing much to do; so this would give me something to do and it will make me happier instead of bored. Sorry I dont want to seem like im saying that just for sympathy, its the truth and I love helping out and being kind. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? The things that would make me a good moderator is the fact I am an adult and main goal in life is to make sure everythings going the way it should be and also to put a smile on everyones faces. I have had previous experinces and also I'm free everyday for so many hours I would happily spend my time on the server; Gmod is my most played games so I know what im doing. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is random deathmatch RDA is Random Arrest I would punish them firstly but talking to them about why they did that and if it wasnt just on purpose; also if they are new to the game. I'd then give them a warning so they understand that those arent things you should be doing and if they continue it will be lead into kicking or banning. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule. Instances in which this is violated is when you are say raiding the PD and get killed; you cant return and act like nothing happened as that isnt fair therefore against the rules breaking NLR. Another example is when dying, going back to wherever and seem as if nothing happened; remembering everything in which should have been forgotten. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you use OOC (out of character) chat to say ask for help on how to cook meth (or something else against the law) and a cop then puts a warrent on you and searchs your house arresting you. Stuff like this is not allowed as is ruins the game. Its not fair on new played to GMod or Dark RP as a whole. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would question them and see why they are doing this, if it doesnt stop I would report them to the owners or other admins; probably on discord or on the forums. If theres a higher up already on the server I would talk to them asap trying to sort the abusive one out. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would handle the situation by either freezing the people I am currently in a sit with and grab that person mass rdming and put them in a jail to speak with after. Unless there is another mod or admin on the server I would contact them asap and hopefully the can sort it out. I believe thats what is the best thing to do during that situation. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them they arent allowed to do that, no matter the circumstances unfortunately and request they move their belongings. If they dont listen I would have to remove the stuff myself and give them a warning. I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I think that hobos are allowed to build on the streets so I would allow that (on my other server I admined for awhile that was allowed) so yeah. Link to comment

Hes semi mature.He knows the rules If you were on all week it would be a positive but I only saw you on 1 day so it's a -1 be more active next week and I'll +1 Link to comment
