Part 2 of 4

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I want to be able to help out as much as I possibly can. There’s sometimes during when I’m on like early in the morning with no staff and I’ll be needed there. I feel like I could be a really good help when it comes to being staff. Overall this is my favorite server and I really don’t feel like sitting in my base all day. I have great dedication and I plan to stick on this server for a very long time.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Experience: I feel that my experience will play a big part in the way I staff and handle certain situations. I’ve been through a lot of different type of people such as hackers, minges, server crashes etc. and know how to go through with it. As my old server was very strict when it came to staffing while any little thing may cause a strike.

Activity: I’m most likely going to be active everyday besides vacation days or important family situations. I’m on most of the day as most people probably see when the walk by my base. Activity will really help with getting tickets handled quick and correctly.

Personality: I think my personality will play a great place when it comes to my staffing. I find it really hard for me to have a grudge against anybody on the server or have anything against anyone. I’m really easy to talk to and I’m really friendly if you get to know me.

There’s many more things about me that will make me a very good staff member. Like I’ve said before it takes some getting to know me to see how I am.

Part 3 of 4

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is “Random Death Match” which will result in a warn with proper proof (Example: Logs/Video) RDA is “Random Arrest” which will also result in a warn with proper proof going back to the same example.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is “New Life Rule”. Breaking NLR consists of going back to the same place of your death or interacting with the person who has killed you before the end of the NLR timer. An example could be raiding a base and the owner of the base kills you. If you proceed to go out of your way and go back to his base before the time you will be breaking NLR. The same situation would apply with if someone kills you during a mug because you didn’t pay up and you decide to run right back to him and start talking shit. Another common situation could be a PD raid and the people raiding die and come back to try and finish the raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. My definition of metagaming would be placing a warrant on someone because you may hear bitcoin miners or printers. Another example that I personally think is metagaming would be killing a person or setting a kos sign against a certain role. There is no realistic way of you knowing that that person is the role you specify.

Part 4 of 4

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to dissolve the situation as fast as possible and report them properly.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I will pause my sit for the time being and handle the person accordingly or if someone isn't busy and they're without a ticket I will ask them to handle it really quick so we can get both things handled.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I wouldn’t treat it as any different from if the server was full. I will do what my job requires me to.
