Catie - "stealing" cars as heavy gun dealer, basing with criminals, RDM

Describe how the player broke the rules: Basing with a mafia member as a heavy gun dealer, and defending cars that she did not steal nor own- her party member wasn't even doing this. She tried to kill me twice, the first she blew up the car and tried to shoot me but I merked her, the second she was shooting me and the car I was in but I died from hitting a wall too hard.

Her reasoning for all of this was that I was "fail RPing by stealing cars with the mayor" when the mayor cannot enforce laws anyways. Along with that, I arrived to her base with the mayor in his own car, and was carjacking when the mayor was talking to someone else, fairly far away from me.

To add, these cars weren't even inside a base or anything, they were on the outside, which she does not even own. None of this behavior is justified.

The main reason I am filing this report is that it happened twice and she is unwillingly to budge off her decision that it is ok to do this. Gun dealers cannot commit crime, and she claims to have a great understanding of the rules which is clearly false.

I unfortunately could not take video of the event as Shadowplay's services decided to break. I hope these chatlogs and this party screenshot along with what jobs they were is enough to suffice. It proves she was basing with a mafia member, and it proves pretty much everything else.

Hey Setro, I appreciate the report. Fortunately or unfortunately however you see it, Catie was perma banned last night for unrelated reasons. Since we can't take more action on an already perma banned player, I'll move this report to handled.
