b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

 

As someone whos come and gone from this community, I want to become something more than a player and give back to the community that's centered around this server which I've enjoyed for years.

 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

 

I believe that I would become a good moderator because of my eagerness to work with the people of this server and to be ready to help those in need of support.

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

 

RDM (random death match) is when you kill a player without a valid RP reasoning to do so. RDA (random arrest) is when you arrest a player without a valid RP reason to do so. Punishment for breaking these two rules would result in a warning for the player and perhaps jailing if it ensues and if it continues after that the player would be banned.

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

 

NLR (new life rule) is a rule that states when you die you don't remember anything that happened in your previous life. Examples of breaking this rule would be hunting a player down after he killed me or the player going to the same place that they died at in less than 120 seconds. Breaking this rule would result in a warning and if repeated multiple times could result in a jail or ban.

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

 

metagame is when a player uses data outside their RP experience to influence an action. For example, a player uses information in the kill feed or OOC to kill, raid, arrest, kidnap, etc.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

 

I would go to the forums and give a detailed report with evidence regarding this higher up and submit it to be reviewed.

 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

 

I would quickly pause my sit, go and jail the person mass RDMing and resume my sit with the other player and once it was finished give a ban to the person mass RDMing.

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

 

I would probably let them do what they wanted, I understand where this question is coming from but if its only two people and they're both ok with it I'd just let them do it. They are not bothering anyones RP and are just trying to have some fun. If there were other people on the server I would stop them and give them a warning but again if it was just two people there not really causing any harm.
