b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?I don't like people who break the rules and I have seen a lot of people do that 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?to make sure people who want to RP play the way they want and not die to nothing for no reason

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.for RDA I would give them a warning and for RDM would give them a warning and give back the person who died there stuff they lost

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. for and NLR I would ban them for a day bc there breaking New Life Rule EG> is like my group yesterday was playing and these 2 people create 3 NLR 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. it mean you using info that you get from someone in discord and he uses that info in his game

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?I would report it to the owner of the sever or someone higher up than me 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would put them in a jail cell then take care of it after my sit 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would let them do it un tell more people come on and when people come on I would say take it down
