I was an elite admin on Icefuse MRP for 5 months

I also was a admin on a friends server for a few months.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I enjoy playing on this server and would like seeing situations handled faster. Along with more fair judgement. I'd like to see people having fun without breaking the rules, rather than going around and minging for shits and giggles.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? A moderator who is considered good is a moderator who is unbiased. So I believe I am Fair and unbiased whether it be my friend or another admin. Also I have a read the MOTD quite a few times. I have plenty of experience on one of the most mingiest servers there are (Icefuse). I also believe I would be a good moderator because of my calm mentality to not get mad at people , which would make me biased.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match [ AKA randomly killing someone] RDA Is random arrest. arresting someone without proper cause. First I would bring the person who supposedly RDMed and ask them why they killed them. If they don't give a proper reason warn them if it was 1 RDM, Also explain what RDM is and not to do it again. If it was two or three jail them and have them read the MOTD. 4 or more it is a ban. Same thing with RDA but instead of a ban just ban them from the job.

 c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New life rule. Getting killed and going back to kill that person or to continue raiding. NLR Timer is 2 minutes normally. So basically don't return to the area for 2 minutes.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Using knowledge you wouldn't have normally to benefit yourself. You're a swat, and player 1 was killed by player 2 cause player 2 mugged him. so you watch the kill chat and make player 2 wanted and arrest him.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record it and then get a higher staff member to deal with it. (AKA Forums, Discord, or Steam)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Physgun them and jail them. After jailed grab their steam ID. After that go back to your sit and finish it up. And then either ban them or get someone to ban them based on the rank I am at the time.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them to switch to hobo if they want to build in the street. Otherwise tell them to stop and if they don't delete it and warn them.
