I am a Moderator on Gaming Gods which is also a DarkRP server but it's been pretty dead for the past month so I've moved to Xeno. I was also a Head of Staff on a server that died a couple of weeks after it's release which must've been over 6 months ago.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because I have already dedicated quite a bit of time into the server and now I finally belive that it's time for me to become a Staff Member as I now the MOTD well enough to keep the players from having a bad experience. I want the people to get their problems solved as soon as possible as personally I hate having to wait a long time to deal with rule breakers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

My activity, my maturity for my age, the fact that I know multiple languages, my respect towards everyone even if they're trolling or breaking rules and how patient I am.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Death Match, when a person kills another without an RP reasoning such as a Terrorist killing a Mafia member just because "they're ugly".

 

RDA stands for Random Arrest, it's when Law Encorcement arrests someone for something that's not against the laws.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule, you don't remember your past life and you can't come back to the place you were killed for 2 minutes.

Examples: When someone gets killed and comes back after respawning to kill that person or if someone gets raided, dies when countering the raid and comes back after re-spawning to try to kill the raider(s) again.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Using information that your character isn't supposed to know to your advantage. If someone is raiding the PD and you're no where near the PD but you come assist the PD raid and try to get some profit from it.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would get as much proof as I can, recordings, screen shots and I would send them to someone who has an even higher rank. I would also try to get witnesses to report to the HR.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would pause the seat I'm having and deal with the Mass RDMer by jailing them, heal anyone who lost health and then come back to my sit. After I'm done with my sit I would talk to the mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I wouldn't do anything but just tell them to delete their builds if more people join.

No Warns or bans. Prior Staffing Experience. Has a good understanding of the rules. 

Cons

Seems a tad bit rushed, D3 you should tell them to delete their builds regardless, or tell them to become hobos, which even hobos can't build on roads

Overall

+1 knows the rules, no warns, no bans, I believe he would make a good addition to the team
