Which staff member are you reporting: Local Poop Dealer

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: False warn, gave me a fail rp warn for "raiding as a merchant" even though I did not advert raid, use a raid tool or go inside anybody's base. I used a sneaky door bomb which does not give me access to a base or destroy anything inside a base so is not a raid tool. The bomb did not go off, damage or kill anybody. I was just murdered twice. First time I was outside the players base, second time I was getting my bombs back that he was attempting to steal. After I killed him for RDMing me a second time and proceeding to steal my bombs he made a sit where I was falsely warned. The player who rdmed me twice, tried to steal as a methcook without advert and broke NLR did not get any warns.

So I do not remember exactly what I said but if I did say this I’m sorry as it was not the reason I warned you. I warned you for FailRp because you placed a door bomb on the meth cooks base as a explosive dealer which I confirmed with Jeremy was FailRp. I did not warn him for RDM because you were placing a bomb on his door and he had all rights to kill you. The meth cook did not break NLR you were the one that broke NLR and RDMd shown in the logs.

I happened to be on at the time of this event happening and gave my two cents into the matter. I was told that an explosive dealer was using their bombs against a player further proved by your statement of "I used a sneaky door bomb which does not give me access to a base or destroy anything inside a base so is not a raid tool." An explosive dealer's job is to create explosives and sell them none of which was seen by LPD or mentioned by you in your report. Plus the use of a bomb against a player? Direct violation of Rule 1, subsection "Merchants/Dealers" (aka S.12), Section Job Rules of XenoRP. "Merchants may not Attack any other player, only defend themselves." Thus showing to me that the warn against you for FailRP is valid and will not be removed. This report is now considered handled and any digressions can be direct upon me or my superiors.
