Ferrit's False Gag And Attempt To Force Me To Watch A Raid On Base

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior:

I was being verbally abused by the player known as "Tag"". I tried quoting what Tag said to me to Ferrit, but Ferrit starts to accuse me of verbal abuse against Tag. I tried explaining to him that I was not calling Tag, "A Bitch," and that it was the reverse. I ask Ferrit to check logs and he replies with, "Bruh, what logs," instead of telling me they have no kind like that (thank you Lucina for explaining). Ferrit does not listen to a word I say, gags me, and waits till the sit is over to let me say my thoughs (of course, he doesn't listen). He should have warned me for my, "Verbal abuse," but didn't, which makes me question if he knew I was right or didn't want to have anything pinned on him. Before these events took play, Tag raided our base and accused me of prop block, even though it was not. Ferrit jailed me and said, "For problock, you'll be sitting here and watching until the raid is over." Thankfully, another staff became involved and quickly debunked the prob lock statement and I was set free. I believe this might be a case of favoritism, because each time this abuse occurred, Tag was always there. It pains me to see incompetent staff who cannot listen to what others have to say, not doing their job right. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you will do something about his poor behavior.

I tried to rely on the damn computer screenshot instead of the steam screenshot. It didn't go through, so I have no visual evidence. Please look into this though and give Ferrit a nudge despite that.

Hi, Gravity. That you for making an Report! I would like to start with the logs. Hunter Requested help looking for the economical factors to determine if Money was taken out of a "Money" clicker. As i entered the sit you were on an "Open Mike" Giving a range of profanity. I Decided to Gag you, not only because of the constant profanity. But because you would not stop and explain as of why you were saying it. At the time i was in a call with hunter who, i asked to gag you before i continued. Also I am Very certain I did not reply with something as vague as "Bruh What Logs?". As the whole reason of me being in the sit, was entirely focused on helping hunter find the correct items in the Logs to correct the situation.

As For the Prop-block issue, Tag reported prop-block while he was raiding Meep`s Base. An entrance was being blocked with no entry. I brought you there initially because Prop-blocking a base to hide items or prevent entry is considered "FailRP/FailBase" and both are warn-able offences, Once i Realized the raid was still Ongoing  I jailed you to prevent interruption of said raid . Luci was a big help in debunking and i agree she handled the situation very well. But i would like you to know that I was in control of the sit the whole time and as-well as setting you "Free", we also made an Entrance available for the prop-blocked area.

This report Is generally focused on Gagging and jailing. Both things Moderators are allowed to use with little reason unless abused. Both of these occurrences were used properly in my opinion and With both reasons posted in the beginning.

If anything is found wrong with the way i handled the situations you encountered with me i will proudly and gladly take any punishment given to me. i will also Personally apologize to you for the actions i was found of doing wrong ~ Best of wishes. Ferrit

Whatever floats your boat, though you didn't let me explain AND you did say I was, "verbally abusing Tag". To be honest, it happened so damn fast I was confused for the first five seconds I was gagged.

These are serious allegations, however due to lack of proof I can only go into this situation as a he said she said which will just involve making a biased decision. Before reporting staff members please include as much evidence as possible as without it, its tough to properly assess and handle the report.
