a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? yes about a year ago I use to mod about 2 servers at 2 differents times I have just camee back tot eh game about 2 months ago

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I feel that I could contribute as a staff when no one is on cause I am always on when no staff are I know better than most on this server and I hate watching people break rules in front of me when I know I could do something about it I want this server to do as well as possible I feel it could be one of the best darkrp server with alittle more staff help

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  I am on about 8-12 hours a day and I do not mind help a server as good as this out when needed I will stop rping to handle something at anytime 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.RDM = Random Death Match  RDA = Random Arrest

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule it is when a player isn't allowed to return of his place of death within a minimum time of 120 seconds/2 min EXP. if a erson is being raided and dies then returns before the 120 sec is up or raid is over

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is the information the player receives outside of role playing that the Role Play character would not know anything about. 

EXP. if you a cop watches you receive a hit and follows you around to ether arrest you or kill you 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?I would try to gather as much evidence as I possibly on the higher up abusing powers using  OBS studio's and show it to someone higher up or of equal power

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I seen that someone was Mass RDMing I would stop whatever I was doing and Jailtp the player, 2 explain to him what he did and ban him for 2 weeks then I would carry on with my current sit

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would ask them politely to remove them build and if the continue you bring them into a sit  and explain to them that they can not build out side the base and that they can switch to a hobo were they can build on the sidewalks. if they do not stop then i will warn them and delete the props my self

I say you re-read over the motd and wait 2 weeks and reapply. You should also put more detail in your app to have a higher percent on getting accepted.
