a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes I do sadly the server is shut down but i have been for a while on two servers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have played the server for a while and i hope to help the server 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Yes i would i would be on the server after i finish school every day but i still have 6 days of school off i dont play any other server.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM Is when someone randomly murders you and without a reason and RDA is when someone/cop Randomly Arrests you and there punishment should be a ban for two days.

c2) well it got deleted but i think it was NLR? NLR is when someone comes back from being killed for example someone is being raid the person raiding killed the base owner and the base owner comes back and kills the guy raiding. And the punishment is a warn for NLR

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Is when one transfers RP data to Non Role-play data its pretty much breaking character
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Tell the owner on discord and if its not a super admin tell a super admin on discord and report them in the forums

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the person mass RDMING then ban them and go back to the sit

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them to delete the base  if the dont kick them?

I Recommend Re-reading over the motd to know how to punish people. I also think you should wait 2 weeks and Re-Apply, and maybe put a tiny bit more detail in your next app! Also you should pay attention to sits you're in to see how the staff member punished that specific person to get a better understanding of the rules.
