a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? prior Mod on xeno rp, also ive owned, managed, directed, and been an admin on fivem servers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I love this server and im active enough that i believe i can make a difference in situations. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Im reasonable, i listen to both sides of the story and use the facts to judge what actually happened in whatever situation is at hand.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is random death match, which is the act of randomly killing someone for no reason. someone who commits RDM will be warned and if they continue to RDM they will be kicked and then banned. RDA is random arrest, if someone is caught commiting RDA they will be demoted as an officer and warned verbally if the offender than commits RDA a second time he will be kicked and a third time will result in a ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is the new life rule, this means after a player is killed or dies he can not return to that spot for a certain period of time. NLR can be broken by returning to the place where you died, or 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagame is using information you gather outside of rp or through glitches or exploits that should not be used.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would first ask them to stop and the reason why and if it continues i will go to an admin if it is a moderator abusing powers or an owner if an admin is abusing powers.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Pause the sit and ask the people in the sit to hang on or that ill resume the sit later, than bring the mass rdmer to a sit explain that it is against rules and explain the ban they will be given.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would kindly and calmly ask them to stop and remove their props from the street and ask them to build in an owned building.
