Describe how the player broke the rules: Propblocking me in my base, putting props everywhere so I can't move and then precisioning them so they aren't ghosted, talking a lot of shit saying n word and massrdming, arresting. All in the logs, just a major douche.

Evidence of the player breaking the rules: I will put a picture and I have a youtube video of him arresting me in spawn, most of the kills and RDA should be in logs though.
