I have never been banned before from a darkrp server.

Yes, I've had prior staffing experience.  The staffing was from a semi popular minecraft server but I only got to take a few sits.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I think it would be cool and I could help out the team because there are a lot of people who are just not nice about being some servers.  I wont be able to play 24/7 but I could play 5 days out of 7 because I have things that I have to do.  This server is great and other people should respect it but there are people who step out of the line and just ruin the fun for everybody and I would like to help prevent that from happening.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

If I were to get accepted I think being honest and not taking sides because their my friends or they help me.  I could fulfill the required amount of tickets a week, I'm also good at solving problems and wont get upset at people that are trying to degrade me. Most of my problems that I have is when people just get on my last nerves and I start to get angry at them.  Thats what I think will make me a good moderator.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match:  When player 1 has no gun or any threat against them and player 2 thinks it ok just to shoot them in the head with no RP reasoning.

RDA: Random Arrest:  When player 2(cop) tazes player 1 and arrests player 1, without RP job reasoning.  Those actions will result in a warn to said player from a higher up or can lead to ban if mass.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: New Life Rule:  NLR is when someone comes back from a raid thats still going on without waiting the 2 minute NLR cool down.  Examples of this is when there is a party raid against player1, and player 2,3 are raiding player 1.  Player 3 kills player 1 and player 1 thinks he/she was unjustly killed and they come back and either kill or die to player 2,3. This can result in a verbal/hard warn from a admin.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame:RP character has outside knowledges that influence the players actions the player does.  Example someone says someone's base has a printer in ooc chat (out of character) that results with many people raiding that base.  Thats what metagame is.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?  Teleport the admin abusing their powers to me and ask them why they are doing that and report what they did on the forums so the higher ups can cease the problem.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Ask the people in the sit to wait a bit while I go deal with the player mass RDMing once I give them a warn or ban, I go back to that sit and apologize for the inconvenience.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask them to take their buildings off the streets and if they don't comply delete their props and verbal warn them.
