Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want xeno rp to be a clean and "healthy" server and there usually isnt many mods on the server and i want to make sure the server is obiding by the motd

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i would make a good moderator because i have read the motd multiple times and i would like to help others enrich their rp experience

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is a random death match, this is when a player kills another player out of rp RDA is random arresting and is when a cop/swat arrests a player out of rp RDM is punishable by warn if only one player is killed but RDM x3/ mass rdm is hour to week ban RDA is warnable unless RDA x3/ mass RDA and is punishable by hour ban, kick or week ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is new life rule and this is violated when a player returns to their base/pd after being killed or also interacting with their killer EX: a hitman kills a player and the player returns to the hitman and asks them why or how they killed them

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagame goes along the lines of NLR and occurs in which a player depends on their last occuring life before being killed and does not stick to the information in which the players new life offers

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Tell the discord forums the name of the staff member and the how they are abusing their powers

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? jail the mass RDMer and return to your sit and then handle the rdm situation

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them they can not do that and tell them to move to a suitable location to build unless they are hobos

c1: Mass RDM/RDA is not followed with a simple hour ban or a week even.

c3: Metagame is different from NLR, examples are incorrect. Metagame would be being based with someone and using they're codes to your advantage.

d1: You would need screenshots or recordings because this would be word againt word, the higher up would be believed.

d2: You wouldn't just jail the person and return to your sit, follow up jailing them with a quick 2 week ban.

d3: Hobos may not build on the street, only the sidewalk.

 

 

Conclusion: Overall, I think you need to the know the rules better and reread the MOTD a little more thoroughly.
