Describe how the player broke the rules: After i stole 50k from him that was dropped during a mugging (which was legal as i did /advert it, unlike one argument he had), he consistently started to seek me out and rdm me and me only consistently over it, in addition, he also put a fence on the door of the shop I was building (Which I was still building at the time)
