Describe how the player broke the rules:

(Explained in footage in chatbox as well) Harrased and RDA'd another player (Bradiant) multiple times in quick succession and propblocked his home, Mass RDA and Mass RDM as well but not much is caught on the footage. Also Propblocked Spawn.
