  1. Hey Orion! Thank you for applying! Here's my verdict, and my reasoning for why: Verdict: -1 Pros: - No Warns - Staffing Experience on Other Servers in the Past Cons: - Mega Vaping on Chess Table last night. Lead to getting stripped by Askio. - Seems like you put little to no effort into this Application. - Grammar and Spelling Errors within the Application. [(ex: expierence; metagameing; wat; ppl; plz] and so on) Comments on Sections: - b1) As much as this is a Volunteer job, being "bored" and "needing something to do" isn't a good reason to become a Moderator in my opinion. - b2) You claim to have experience, but don't explain what that said experience is. - c2) NLR for a base raid is: You can not return to the base until the raid is over. There is no timer. - c2) You also did not state how long the NLR timer is when explaining NLR. (120 seconds [2m]) - d3) You are meant to explain how you would handle the situation, not if you think it's allowed or not. Overall: You seem to be not very professional, you didn't take this application seriously so that makes me worry how you would handle staffing. It also looks you don't have a good grasp on the rules. So I do not believe you to be fit to Moderate at this current time.
  2. Thanks for Applying! My Verdict + Takeaways: +1 Pros: - Very Active On The Server. - Very Kind and Mature to Others. - Good Application; gave good definitions, punishments were correct, and examples were correct. - Clean Record. No Warns nor Bans. Cons: - I believe you would make a great addition to the team, and I wouldn't mind seeing you there.
  3. -1 Pros: - Okay Staff App. - Staffing Experience. Cons: - Very Mingey with props - Had a Heated Argument With Me And Other Staff About Causing Players To Lag. - Very Toxic Interactions Recently. d3) You should have them remove the props from the street regardless if they're hindering roleplay or not. Building in the street isn't allowed no matter what. I am not saying you have to be harsh about it, but "Allowing it to happen until a ticket pops up" is not something you should be doing. I do not think you are fit to be apart of the staff team. Your attitude towards things has not changed since your last mod application, nor have you changed your prop abusing ways.
  4. -1 Pros: -The Application isn't sloppy. You provided the right answers exactly how the question desired you to. -Chill person, haven't had any bad/toxic interactions with you. Cons: -You were actively Prop Minging minutes prior to me writing this response. -I hinted that you shouldn't be Prop Minging with a staff application up and then you continue to do it. Take Away: I do not think you are fit for the staff team right now. I agree with Sammerson's mention of that you know the rules by now but decide to break them because you know they exist. I don't think there is much more to be said other than what has been.

  6. a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Master In Disguise a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198251315586/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Master In Disguise#0696 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 6 warns. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Sadly I have been banned once (too my knowledge..?) I was banned for mass rdm (repetitive killing on one guy). There was a guy who joined around 4 AM and no staff were on. He just started shooting people, and so I votekicked him but it wasn't doing the job. So I decided to just keep killing him which he recorded and got us both in trouble. I'm aware I shouldn't have taken the course of action that I did, but I can't change the past. And I wish to not let this ban represent me and my choices in the future. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I staffed on XenoRP 2 years ago. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I love playing on the server, and it hurts knowing that, as a normal player, I can't help/take tickets when no staff are on. I believe that with more numbers, means more time coverage, so there's always a staff on when people need them. And I would love to help make Xeno a happier place for more people. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I believe I could bring some different/more in depth thoughts to meetings. I also feel like I know the MOTD pretty well to the point that I'm able to answer any question that any new player has. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match, or RDM, is when somebody kills another player without any rp relation to do so. For example, having people vote for you as a swat officer, and then shooting down a person who walks past you for absolutely no reason. RDM should be punished by either a verbal warn or a physical warn. (Judgement is determined by context of it and how severe it was) Random Arrest, or RDA, is when a member of the PD tazes, handcuffeds, and arrests a player for no reason. For example, a police chief just recently get voted in. He leaves spawn and arrests a hobo for building. This would be RDA. RDA should be punished by either a verbal warn or a physical warn. (Judgement is determined by context of it and how severe it was) c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule, or NLR, is when somebody is killed by a certain person or in a certain area, they can not go back to that person or area within 2 minutes, and/or take information gathered from that person or area and apply it to their new life. For example, lets say a thief is raiding the PD. He manages to kill all the cops plus the mayor, the cops nor the mayor can not go back to the PD whilst the raid is still in action. If they do, they can get warned for breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when you take information that you wouldn't know beyond your realistic knowledge. For example, when a hitman accepts a hit, a sign above their head displays: "Hit accepted." Players are not supposed to use that sign to know they have a hit, instead, they are supposed to act as if the hitman is a normal citizen. Or if you hear, lets say, a meth cook making meth. If you can't physically see the stove, and all you hear are the sounds, you can't raid his base as pd because you should have no way of knowing that it's there. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I could do a few things, for example: Contact their team manager, or contact an smod (if the abuser is modplus and below) d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I am the only staff on, and I witnessed someone, myself, mass rdming, I would jail tp him, gag him and mute him if he’s spamming voice and text chat, then continue my sit, and handle him afterwards. And if he leaves, I will just quickly grab his steam ID, finish my sit if I haven't already, and then request for him to be banned for two weeks. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If I join the server and see the 2 people enjoying themselves and building on the streets, I would kindly ask them to delete it. If they fail to comply, I would remove their props. If they go back to spawning props on the road, they leave me no choice but to warn them. I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to make this. And I hope you guys are having a wonderful morning, dawn, evening, or a wonderful night.
