What is final? It's invisible and Greg told me it was not. He said it was translucent. The player was never warned for it, it's not final because nothing was done. Quit trying to tell me it's final, please look at the screenshot and say with a straight face that the prop directly in front of me is not transparent.

I disagree with the decision. I did exactly what I'm supposed to when I disagree with a decision, take it to the forums, instead of dragging it on in game or on discord. I think there is plenty of evidence here for someone with eyes and a brain to handle it effectively. I would like someone to review my evidence and handle it, instead of pretending they don't see it.

Yes, the moderator decided they were not invisible. The moderator was Greg. So I made a report due to the sit not being handled correctly in my opinion.

I know understand why nothing get's done about abusive staff members. It's because there is some sort of mentality that staff are immune from all rules, and cannot be held accountable by other staff members. Greg explained to me that staff cannot be warned, this means players must make staff reports. From my last staff reports for all valid reasons, nothing gets done their either. Where are staff held accountable, if it's not from their peers and not from the people handling the reports. I thought staff could warn each other if they broke the rules, apparently they just give each other verbals, they don't even have to check the laws. This puts the burden on the players to report your staff team. The admins are rarely on because there are so few of them, and apparently moderators are unable to handle other rule breaking staff members. Not every player is recording, and sometimes need help from staff members who have log access, by taking the approach of "We don't warn other staff" this allows other staff members to get away with anything. This is ridiculous, and absolutely bias towards staff members. Why could I break the same rule as a staff member and get banned, yet if a staff member does it he just "get explained too because it looks bad". Again, let me state my relation to his case. I was present when entering this base, Pieguy followed the swat into the base. No "Glitching into the base" occurred. He simply followed the swat inside. The police did not take money from the bitminers (Since they are legal) but Pieguy did. I assume this made the t-mod upset and he decided to ban him for a false reason. Pieguy never glitched in to the base, here is a picture of him present in the base (After following the swat). This is why in my opinion staff should not handle sits they are too emotionally attached to. There was a clear bias being shown, as the mod was protecting his own assets. To protect these, he made up a lie about the player glitching in, just to get revenge and ban him.

Hey, I want to state that I am involved with the report. One of the screenshots is mine. I would like to interject and state that he was on duty for nearly 2 or 3 hours with a base, it wasn't a quick ticket like he states. The screenshots with timestamps will corroborate that fact. The first timestamp being 1:36 am with the later timestamps being after 3:00. That's not a quick sit, it wasn't "Urgent" and handled quickly as he states.

At what point was it resolved? You never apologized and I had to wait the full 120 seconds in jail and you told me to "Read the motd" multiple times. I'm not upset about the hobo situation, I'm upset you jailed me for 120 seconds when I wasn't breaking any rules. I did not break any rules and was punished, that's the part I'm upset with. Punishments should be reserved for rule breakers, I'm curious what justified me being jailed? Do you have any justification for that?

Hopefully the admins see the message that says "disconnected by user" that's not what crashes look like by the way.

I understand that two wrongs don't make a right, but you were mass rdming prior to this event, you cut it out of the video so to tell your own version of the story.
