Shalom dark So from a quick check it looks like you have some bans. I'd get that checked out. Ending off this short app, the application looks okay, but a couple examples are missing. The first time I saw you on was tonight, where you sent a couple false tickets and such, so I cant, even being ex-staff, reccomend you. From me, its a -1

Shalom glizzy gobbo, Your app is basically a shell. It has words in it, that you can read. It's not that detailed, most of your answers lack substance, you dont know one of the rules that is basically named in the motd. Coming to an end, I dont see how you could make a staff member when it seems the app was a bit half assed, and you didnt even bother to learn all the rules before applying -1

The amount of info in the application is not enough. Coming to the end, your app seems a bit hole filled. Shalom clatt So, I've seen you on a bit. You seem to know the rules, etc. The answer for rdm/rda is disconcerting however. Your three strike for rdm/rda/rdt is more of a repeated rdm situation. Thinking people can be redeemed is fine, but. There are already procedures for that. Also, your second example for meta game would be considered NLR more than meta game. Last, the hobos. Doesnt matter how many people are on the server, rules are rules no matter how many people are on. Coming to a end point, you dont seem horrid, but your staff app has some problems. It needs a bit of work. -1

First off, I came to the base upon hearing you were harrassed and proceeded to apologize about the humbug that happen, in which you basically spat at me rather rudely, to which I flew away. Afterwards I saw you had what looked like 6 fading doors, so I flew in to ask you and just make sure that the base was following regulations, in which you again spat at me even more rudely. So. I have the ability to help both older and newer players, along with making sure order is kept within. As someone who started and almost quit myself (did for a bit) i understand the struggles of a new player, and i'd like to make sure that doesn't happen again. On the flip side, Some of the older players also are starting to get more restless, so id like to give them peace of mind. My biggest gripe is some of the disrespect that goes on in the server. I am also able to Hear both sides of the story, allowing me to make a fair call on the account as well as making sure that those who don't know the rules, learn the rules well. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM simply put is when a player kills another player without reason/advert. in such cases a warn is delivered to the player. RDA Is when a player in the same sense without reason/advert arrests another player. That as well is a case where a warn is delivered to the player. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is the New life rule. When you die you have a new life, and cannot return to the place of death withing 120 seconds of respawning, In the sense of dying in a raid, You must wait until the raid is over to go back, or when raid over is adverted, to return to the place of death. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta-gaming is using a feature that your character literally wouldn't be able to use. Telling someone thats halfway across the map that they are being raided is an example of meta gaming, Or shooting a hitman when he has the hit accepted over his head as well, since your character cannot see that. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Simply put i would start recording, and tell them to stop. if they refused, i would go through the necessary channels to see that they were punished for a misuse of power. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would pause the sit, jail the mass RDMer and ban them for 2 weeks, then promptly return to the sit. or in other cases, i would jail them, finish the sit, and then deliver the punishment d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. No matter the amount of players on, rule breaking is rule breaking, which would lead to me asking them to refrain from building on the roads, and keep to the rules no matter how many are on.
