Yes I have, I've been banned multiple times most bans are 1-2 years ago and 3 are false which are 2 Banned at request and a ban by Risky. I also have one recent ban I do apologize for that and I know what I've done is wrong and will not do it again. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I would like to volunteer because I have been playing this server for at least 2-3 years and as I see a lot of rules are broken and staff aren't able to get on I would like to help out and help out with newer players to follow rules rather than break them as newer players usually have hard times as breaking rules and not knowing. I also miss staffing for this community and would like to continue to help out. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would be a good moderator because I am able to be laid back and relax in sits and i'm able to be positive with other players. I've also have had previous staff experience on this server I do know the rules well I am able to act mature and remain unbias during sits. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Death Match which basically means you kill someone for a Non-RP reason RDA stands for Random Arrest which means when a PD member arrests a player for a Non-RP reason. Both should be dealt with a verbal or a warning Mass RDM/RDA = 2 week ban Repeated RDM/RDA = 1 week ban c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule. Basically NLR means that when you die you don't remember of your past life. You cannot return to place of death for 2 minutes. But if its a raid then you cannot return unless the raid is called over. Ex. juarez starts a raid on ripple, juarez successfully kills ripple then ripple returns back to the raid and kills juarez. That would be violating NLR. The player will receive a warning and if it is repeated will receive a 3 day ban. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is outside knowledge that your in-game character would not know. Ex. juarez and Rice Cooker are raiding ripple, ripple kills juarez then juarez uses his third person perspective while dead to give call outs to Rice Cooker in a discord call. The player would receive a warning Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to record and gather as much as evidence as possible. Then later, sending it to an Admin or Owner. Then let them handle it from there. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? First, I would check if there is any other mods online. If there is I would ask for assistance in handling the Mass RDM'er. If not I would pause my current sit and handle the Mass RDM'er by jailtp'ing him on top of a roof then tell him what he's being banned for and tell them where they can appeal it. Then I would ban the Mass RDM'er and put in a Ban request for it to be extended by a Senior Moderator. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If two players are building on the street I would ask them to stop and if they want they could switch to hobo's and build on the sidewalk and leave them with a verbal. If there is more moderator's online I would ask for assistance. If not then I'd pause the current sit I am in then jailtp the Mass RDMer. Quickly explain why he is being banned and ban him for 2 weeks for Mass RDM. I'd ask the players not to build on the streets and if they want to they could switch to hobo and build on the sidewalks. If they continue I will give verbal as first offense and then later they will receive warnings if they continue to build on the street. I understand that it is under rule 11 but hobo's are not allowed to own a base even Kil stated to us we are allowed to have a camera
