-1 Warned with mod app up

I mostly agree with Andy. You seem really friendly in game and you seem to actively want to help the server, but I can't look past the "rushedness" of this app much. I'm going with a Neutral.

This is a pretty decent mod app in my opinion. c2 - NLR lasts for 2 minutes and/or the entirety of the raid d3 - you didn't answer I think this application is okay, but I don't recall seeing you on much. Therefore I am going with a Neutral. If I see you online more this may change to a +1

-1 Warned less than 3 hours before mod app was posted Other than that the mod app seems pretty okay, but I personally haven't seen you on much and getting warned the day you posted your application just doesn't show off a "good candidate" quality

You've been banned twice, once for the reason you mentioned, and once for mass RDM. I don't think I've ever personally seen you in game, but from hearing from other staff that you use an annoying voice changer, big no no. Especially if you're trying to hide a young voice. c1 You would not ban for one RDM. You would warn. c2 it is only 2 minutes for the basic NLR timer. c3 Could use a better example, but overall does get the general idea across d3 Although this is correct, you would warn for building in the streets, not FailRP Oh, and by the way Warned with mod app up Big -1

ooooooohhh this looks fun a6 - you were banned for mass rdm. No. Not a debit to your overall score, but the formatting of this application is horrid. Entire B section needs a lot of work. I am actually going to stop going over this application now, as it is extremely rushed, you type normally at some points and with caps on every word at others. You have a ton of grammar mistakes, I really don't see you trying here. You should try to act more professional if you want a role of power. Hard -1.

c2 could use more specifying c3 is okay, I prefer to not define it by using powers a normal user doesn't have access to d1 no need to confront, just report to higher up d3 rules always apply no matter how many players are online Staff app looks okay, you could use more knowledge on the MOTD though. This is a neutral from me. I see potential, but I don't trust that you are ready to be staff on this server yet.

I want to keep this short and sweet As well as being generally toxic and mingy, you encourage minging and toxicity. When donators are on you encourage people to vote no against rulebreakers. Unless I see a major change in how you act towards rules and staff, I just can't support you being on the team (also you have 5 warns) -1

Very, very loosely followed the format, and this looks very rushed to me RDM: Describe what kind of punishment the person who committed RDM would have NLR: Elaborate more on what NLR is, like how long it lasts for MRDM: Mass RDM is not a warn, it is a ban. Overall, this app is extremely rushed and doesn't seem to have much care put into it A lot of the important points are either off or completely wrong, and in my opinion, you still need to read the MOTD more and put more care into it -1

Hi Bubba! Nice to see you back again This definitely isn't the first time you're coming back... or second... or third... but, that just gives you more experience, yeah? I believe the bans are the worst part of this application, but being that most of them have been appealed, and I can understand that people make mistakes sometimes, I can consider looking past them. My prior experience from staffing and not being awkward in sits. Previous staff could know that I'm (normally) patient with players and can take a joke. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM = Random Death Match, when a player kills another player without an RP reason, or for some weird RP reason that doesn't make sense RDA = Random Arrest, explains itself, when police arrest somebody who was not breaking the law or simply don't have an RP reason to be arrested for c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
