Your In-Game (RP) Name:DadIo Which staff member are you reporting:Convoy https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198295542436/ Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: I put out an application to apply for the staff team and he responded with a -1 "our last interaction when you was staff went way south" The situation he speaks of was well done and handled and the staff is holding grudges against me and being immature about it. I believe this -1 was unfair as it was due to a personal reason and not a legitimized reason that validated the -1. This staff has also witnessed the harassment that happened the day i reported it and said staff did nothing about it. and let them continue to do so until i reported it. Been around the community for a while now and I feel as it was time to apply. I see some room for improvement and I would like to do some good for the community. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm an active member of the community, I don't pick sides in any event and I understand how Awarn works. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Death Match, this is when 1 player kills another for no reason. Warn/Verbal Warn RDA stands for Random Arrest, this is when a SWAT/Police arrests another player for no reason. Warn/Verbal Warn c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule, this is when a players dies, once they die they cannot return to the area at which they died at for 2 minutes. Ex. Player A raids Player B and successfully kills Player B during the raid. Player B decides to return to the raid and kills Player A. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player uses information that cannot be known in-game. Player A & Player B are in a party. Player A is killed by Player C. Player A tells his party members that he was killed across the map. Player B hunts down Player C and kills him. Player A (SWAT) hears that Player B has clickers through a wall. Player A (SWAT) then places a warrant on the base for having clickers. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record evidence, and then take that evidence to the abuser's higher up or even the owners. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the person Mass RDMing and then ban them for 2 weeks (If trial mod ban for 1 week then make ban request for 2). Then I would return to the previous sit and handle it. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to remove the props, or move them to a sidewalk/parking lot and become hobos.

could have done a pd raid and killed me when i was mayor for 4 hours, it was my choice as mayor to run it like a dictatorship, demote will just be abused like it was last time. i believe the 4 hours i was mayor there were probably only about 5 pd raids.

Hello juarez! I would like to agree with you and say that this update didn't let me down. Not to mention, the new update made the server population spike. The server finally feels the same again. I would like to thank the wonderful dev team that went forward with update it has truly revived the server. The update gets a +1 from me.

I had a bad interaction with you previously. Am I not allowed to speak of it? We have had very little interactions with one another but I don't remember one being too good. I voiced my personal opinion on your staff application. If you would like I will add that; I have heard things from other staff members regarding your past time moderating, they were mostly negative. You literally rejoined the server about 2-3 days ago. Have a good day.

I have been banned 6 times. I have been playing since late 2016 and I'm not going to lie, I've been a bit mingy in the past. I have been banned for MassRDM x2, Minge x2, and Prop Minge. RDA stands for Random Arrest and it occurs when a player arrests another player for no valid reason. Players who commit RDA are also subject to being warned. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule. NLR occurs when a player dies and then returns to their spot of death within 120 seconds or when a player dies during a raid and returns to the raid while it's still happening. Example of NLR: Player 1 is raiding Player 2's base. Player 1 kills Player 2 while raiding. Player 2 then comes back and kills Player 1 while they're still raiding. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame occurs when a player knows information that they should not know in RP. An example of Metagame: A hitman has a hit and it says hit accepted above their name. A police officer then exclaims that the hitman has a hit and tells the mayor to hide. This player we be warned for metagame. Record the higher up abusing their power then simply send the evidence to one of their higher ups. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Politely pause the sit, then jail the Mass RDMer. After jailing the Mass RDMer I would ban them for 2 weeks, then resume the sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell the players to stop building in the street, if they don't delete the props I will remove them and warn them.

Miner is an underrated class used for gaining money. Being a miner is boring but, if it's money you're after then being miner isn't too shabby.
