As much as I do not want to say it, I gotta. You are definitely very funny and fun to be around. The issue is that you break the rules often, even if it is just the little stuff. Hopefully you can change that! -1

App looks really good, a couple tips tho: d2: Ban the MassRDM offender first. Most mass RDM cases are people who will follow it up with some form of voice or text racism, homophobia or toxicity. It is best to quickly remove them from the server as soon as possible. Make sure you do explain why they are being banned and where they can appeal! You are very fun to play with and super polite, I think you would be an amazing addition to the staff team! +1

I know personally what all went down, Cheef in no way deserves any form of staff in my opinion. I will not go into detail but upon leaving the staff team Cheef became a very strong minge, intentionally racking up bans in the process. I feel that this application is a joke, and if it is not then I think you should think about why we would ever consider accepting this application. -1 for more reasons than I can count... Also has an active ban.

First off, you ignored a mods request to not build in an area that was not allowed. Second, you were killing players with no roleplay related reasons. Third, you were FailRPing repeatedly, all of this in a very short time span. Forth you had dupes/props that you had placed in the street. This all warrants a No Intent to Roleplay ban. I should not be required to put you into a sit and explain that everything that you did in that moment was no intent to roleplay, because I know you know the rules. You did this multiple times across multiple sessions so I made the decision to make the ban. I do not harrass players and those other than ones who are angry about a ban normally hang out with me when I am off duty and we all get along well. I would have given any other player a ban for the same thing you did. It was in no way biased or harassment. (Also three or more kills in a short time spanthat are considered RDM is Mass RDM, you know this)

Your application looks pretty good, with that being said Pros: Very well thought out application. Seems to understand the rules decently well. A lot of staffing experience. Cons: I have yet to see you on the server, even once. With a name like yours, you would be hard to miss. It might be just happens chance. What could be improved: Normally you do not kick players for RDM ect... You issue warns repeatedly, at three warns in one session a player is automatically kicked, and if a player Repeatedly RDM's (Not Mass, so over a longer period of time) it results in a ban. For a Mass RDM while dealing with a sit situation, deal with the Mass RDM first. You can ask your sit members to hold tight and deal with the Mass RDM first. If another moderator is on, do not fully rely on them taking care of it, they might be in a sit as well and waiting to see if you will take it, then you both end up in a waiting game while players are losing money and unable to roleplay. My stance: Neutral, this can and will change once I have evaluated your behavior in the game. Good luck, and I hope to see you on the team soon!

Personally, even including recent events, I feel like Bubba would be a great staff member. If you can find the self control to keep doing well I feel like you would be a great addition. Definitely a +1 from me. Hope to see you again soon! Would love to see you on the team!

I do personally recall giving you a verbal warning, as I always do before just banning someone for NITRP. I have seen many of players get banned for NITRP without any verbal warning. So I take it upon myself to let the person know. Normally I always pull the person to the side and let them know that what they are doing can result in punishment. If they fail to head that warning, that is not my fault. I do not keep a book of when I warn people verbally, I feel that shouldn't be necessary. I was confident in my decision, and therefor acted upon it.

I did speak with you both about your actions. I warned you verbally that it was considered No Intent To Roleplay, which results in a ban. I personally feel that you were informed properly and the fact that you made that decision to continue, after being told what your punishment would be, should result in the punishment that comes along with your actions. You joined a roleplay server and decided to use it for deathmatch as you wished. This is a form of No Intent To Roleplay. The silence was me discussing with other staff members how I should issue punishments. I felt confident in my decision, and double checked with my higher ups that were online at the time to make sure I was handling the situation properly. I appreciate the report and I can understand where you may think that I was too harsh. Someone may correct me if I am wrong but we do not apply warns for NITRP. The punishment is a 5 day ban. I have gone through the rules throughly and always double check them or get a second opinion if I feel uncertain. I am able to keep a professional attitude when on duty, and keep all work done on duty away from the roleplay experience. I have tons of experience with ULX based systems and I am willing, and wanting to learn more. I have tons of freetime and would love to dedicate a portion of it to helping improve the server experience for other players as well. RDM: Random Deathmatch: The act of killing another player with no real roleplay based motive. Random deathmatch is determined when and only when a player has wrongly killed another player. Players who partake in random deathmatch should be warned for each account of RDM, and if a player RDM's 3 other players in a row it is considered MassRDM in which a 2 week ban would be issued. An example of RDM: A cop is seen arresting another player (said player having no roleplay relation, and not in a party with the offender), the offender decides to kill the cop for attempting to arrest another player that he has no relation to. The offender has comitted RDM because his act of killing the police officer had no roleplay based motive. Revenge RDM: The act of returning to the person who caused your death to get revenge for possible RDM. RDA: Random Arrest: The act of arresting another player that has done nothing to warrant an arrest. Players who partake in RDA will be warned for each act of RDA, and if a player is to RDA more than three players it is considered MassRDA and the player is banned for two weeks. An example of RDA: A player roleplaying as a police officer approaches a player who has done no hostile actions and broken no laws, tazes, then arrests the player. RDT: Random Tazing: Does not fall directly under RDA, it is an act of tazing a player who has done nothing to warrant being tazed. Players who partake in RDT will be warned for each offense, if a player is to RDT more than three players it is considered MassRDT and will result in a 2 week ban. An example of RDT: A player roleplaying as a police officer approaches a player who has done no hostile actions and broken no laws, and tazes them without reason. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule: The new life rule requires a player to wait at least (2) two minutes before returning to their place of death. New life rule states that the player must disregard or forget anything that has happened in the previous life. If a player is being raided at the time of death they are to follow NLR until the raiders have called the raid as over(using /advert). An example of a player breaking NLR: The offender is killed by a hitman, the player decides to return to the area that he was killed in and interact with the hitman before the NLR timer has expired. Another example: The offender is raided by another player and killed during the raid, the offender decides to return to his base (no matter the intention) before the raider has called the raid over. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming: The act of using information obtained out of character to an advantage in character or abusing game mechanics to achieve an unfair advantage. An example: The offender notices that a cop has arrested his party mate, but was not in the area to see the arrest happen. The offender then seeks out the police officer and kills him for arresting his party mate. Another example: A player is lock picking a car, instead of standing in a realistic place near the car the player abuses the ability to walk inside of the car to avoid being possibly shot or arrested. Helping out communities that I enjoy spending time in brings me alot of happiness, I love being able to assist anyone and everyone with any issues they may have! b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am knowledgeable of the rules and have a great relationship with most of the frequently active player base! I have spent countless hours learning how ULX works in the past and I am quick to pick up on new systems that may be used. I am always down to take as much time as needed to see any issues from the eyes of both players, even if it takes away from my role play time! RDM: Random Death Match: The act of using gun play instead of role play, may be random, or intentional. If the gun play was not warranted and resulted in a player death, it is considered RDM. If a player is caught or the person being attacked escapes with their life it is considered Attempted RDM. Both offenses result in a warning. If mass RDM or mass ARMD is committed a player must be banned according to moderator guidelines. RDA: Random Arrest: The act of using an officers arresting tools to arrest players with no legitimate reason. May also be random or intentional. Will result in a warn, unless a player is committing MRDA or AMRDA in which ban guidelines would be followed. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: New Life Rule: New life rule is initiated when a player is killed inside of roleplay. If the kill was not to be considered RDM, the new life rule goes into effect for that player. A player is not to return to the area that they were killed in until it expires, the player also loses memory of the last 5 or so minutes and cannot interact with the player that caused the NLR for the duration of the players NLR, if they are required to interact they have no knowledge of being killed by the player. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Megagaming: MetaGaming is using any knowledge that the players character does not know ingame. Meta gaming can consist of using a players knowledge of positions of other players based on information given outside of character or revealing locations of players that you only know the location of via sources that are not received in character. Document in any forms that are appropriate and collect as much evidence, and any logs that may back the evidence. Then make a formal report on the forums. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jailing the player in their current position, if possible quickly finishing the current sit, then investigating the MassRDM. If not possible enlist the assistance of another staff member to help deal with the MRDM. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. All players must follow the rules at all times. If the players are not jobbed as a role that allows street building, they will be asked to remove their buildings, as we cannot allow players to break rules based on any reason.
