I was banned from a server a long time ago, about a year and a half ago, because I just got Gmod and I didn't realize there were rules in DarkRP, and because of that, I kidnapped the same person about 5 times in a span of ten minutes, and Mass RDM.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I do not.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I have always been interested in being a mod in this server because i like this server, and I have been wanting to help for a long time with staff and mods because this is my favorite server and I want to keep it clean and good.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think making sure everyone is playing the game properly without breaking the rules would make me a good moderator because I've always been good with things like that, and I would help out any players in need.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random Death Match | is when a player randomly murders another player without a valid reason. Anyone who commits RDM should get an RDM warn from a mod, or banned from previous times they have done it for a period of time.

RDA - Random Arrest | is when a cop randomly arrests someone without a valid reason, and anyone who does this should either be warned or

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule, is when someone is killed and they come back to the same area they were killed immediately. Some instances this happens is when a Hitman kills his target, and the person killed comes back, or when someone is killed and they come back right after.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

When someone transfers Rp data to Non roleplay data, basically you can't use OOC knowledge. like in TTT (for example) you can't dm someone to tell who the traitor is, I guess.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would report it on a forum, and I would either record it happening, or rake screenshots for proof and contact other admins.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

First, I would jail the person who is Mass RDMing, and deal with him after my sit and then I would ban him for Mass RDMing.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I tell them they have to be hobos in order to build in the streets, and I would tell them to build in non-populated areas, or when the server isnt very populated but when it is, I would tell them to do it in sidewalks.

Not sure if you meant to include more, but your response looks to incomplete.

You started off correctly with jailing the mass rdmer, but do not wait to handle him after your current sit. Mass RDMing is to be taken seriously on our server and takes precedence over others so that the toxicity does not continue to affect our community while the player is still online.

This is completely incorrect. Hobos cannot build in the street.  Hobos can only build on certain sidewalk areas of the map so that they do not disrupt other players RP experiences no matter the population on the server.

 

Additional Notes:

I have never seen you nor interacted with you on the server or discord.

Conclusion: I'm going to give a -1. I do not think you would be a good fit for the team based on your staff application.
