Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because I enjoy the server and the ppl, Volunteering to me is not about the power or a title but the fact that I can help grow and make the server a safe and fun place for everyone to enjoy. I do also feel that I keep be on at times where no staff is online to deal with whatever may be going on.  All in all I want to volunteer to make the server fun and welcoming to everyone and to make it a better place and watch as the server grows more and more.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

One the main things would be my HR skills, Been able to quickly and calmly handle and provide info in difficult situations. My exp with People overall and the fact I want everyone to have fun. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

 

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Deathmatch, or basically killing without a reason. It's a very simple concept that is largely misunderstood. 

Give the player a  warn and explain why its not allowed, however if it is 3 or more people, it is mass RDM which is a ban.

 

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for "NewLifeRule" and it is when you die, you may not return to the same area until 120 seconds are up, After that thy may return.

 

Examples of NLR been broken is if you were Killed while your base is been raided and you enter the base to kill the raiders, Even after the time is up thy still may not enter until the raid is over. Another example is been mugged or kidnaped then been killed and going back and killing that person.

 

 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is where you cant do something you would be able to do in real life. For example sitting in a car that is on fire, or hiding inside a prop. Also you have to use information that is realistic, not something that cant be true at all. Metagaming is also using knowledge that your character shouldn't reasonably know. Good example of this is hearing things threw walls such as meth or clickers and warranting them or arresting a hitman for having a hit above his head.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Simply record and gather evidence to report them to a higher level staff member and inform them that what thy are doing is not allowed.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the person I am currently with and explain I have to deal with someone, Jail and deal with the Mass RDMer (bring him away from people idealy to not cause any more panic) Then return to the person I was with and apologize for leaving. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Simply inform them that the rules state them may not build in the streets regardless of how many people are online.
