I have been banned 4 times since November of 2016. (1 for reaching the warn limit, others are minge related)

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to be a staff for Xeno because I really enjoy the community and what it has to offer. I was staff for Xeno in late 2019 but had to resign due to school. Since school has been cancelled for awhile I now have free time to staff on Xeno.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Being active and being non-biased is what matters most to being a XenoRP staff. Sits must be taken seriously and fairly.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Death Match and occurs when a player kills another player for no valid RP reason. Players who RDM can either be warned or verbally warned if they are new.

RDA is Random Arrest, this occurs when a member of the PD randomly arrests another player for no valid RP reason. Players who RDA can be warned or verbally warned.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for New Life Rule, NLR occurs when a player dies but then comes back to the site of there death within 2 minutes. Another instance is when a player raids and kills the base owner and then the base owner returns and kills the raider.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when a player knows in-game information that they should not know. For example, a hitman has a hit and a cop acknowledges the "hit accepted" above their head and then arrests the hitman for having a hit. 
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Notify an Owner or Admin on the current situation of the abuse, if you cannot reach one then record the situation that is taking place.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Pause the sit and quickly jail and ban the Mass RDMer, then resume the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask them to become hobos and move it onto the sidewalk, If they don't comply then delete the build.
