Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because, after PolarRise went down i could never find a server until two years ago i found this, i know how hard it is to deal with mean staff so i would like to ease the situation.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? The fact that i can handle many situations at once, am great at helping people out.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM/RDA is when someone goes arround killing 1-MANY players, sometimes it could be accidental or others it could be a MassRDM, in the first case i say a warn or if an accident nothing, second id say a 2week+ ban 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when you go back to a place where you previousley died within a certian amount of time, for example, someone could've been killed and ran back with a gun to fight back.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. It is when you say something RP related to everyone (Not RP Related) To try to get them to do something.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?First i would jail them and have them read the !motd, then when they are done i would keep a close eye on them. If they repeat, i say a kick or maybe a week ban.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?A: tell another admin. B: If there is no other admins online jail the massrdm'er and then continue the sit, then go deal with him with a 2-4 week ban

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.Call them up to a sit, tell them that building in streets isn't allowed and to read !motd, if they continue then a warn should suit them.
