a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have had experience on 3 servers which have shut down due to the lack of players.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like the make this server a better place, so others can make themselves comfortable and enjoy their time here and take care of the minges. Also i thought it would be a fun experience.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Well 1st of all i would be able to be online since some staff may be american and timezone would be different, and would be able to take care of it sometimes during the night. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

(Random Death match)  is where a player would kill another for no valid reason which would also make the other player(s) sad or upset and there is also MASS RDM were which the person or a group would have to kill a big amount of players on the server. (Punishment RDM) I would bring the player into a quiet place and warn him/she, and if they constantly keep RDMing i would kick them for 1 or 2 weeks depending on how long he/she did it for and how many people he killed, check the logs also. (Random Arrest) Is where either a bunch of CP or any job with an arrest baton would randomly arrest innocent people with no reason. (Punishment RDA) I would listen to the request/tickets and calls for help to and then bring the player to somewhere private and ask for the reason of the arrest. If they hesitate I will then TP a player that was arrested and ask the for the specific reason. Then ban them for about 1 to 2 weeks.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

(New Life Rule) Basically when there is a raid and you get killed in that time, you are not allowed to enter a specific zone for a few minutes or until the raid is over. If they do i would just tell them not to. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

(Metagame) So if your a swat or a CP and you see in chat someone getting mugged and getting killed, you do not set a warrant since you did not see the event happening at the time. Another example is if you are a staff and you see the logs of a few players being killed, you don't just jail or freeze them while thinking it could be mass RDM, you should check the situation and watch as it is a raid the whole time.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If i were a trial mod, i would call for another staff member that is a higher rank than me and tell them the situation and send them screenshots of everything and also try to stop and talk to the staff that is abusing their power. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

While im dealing with a sit, and if i were to see someone mass RDMing i would freeze or jail the intruder(s), or ask for help from other fellow staff in the server or someone that is online from discord or other social media.

 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask them politely to duplicate their build(if they dont know how to duplicate i would help them out with that) somewhere else which wont block traffic. If they dont have the Hobo or Hobo King job i would recommend that to them, if they are still willing to build.

Cons:

You should warn for RDA before banning. 

NLR Timer outside of raids Is two minutes. 

 

A few mistakes, but overall I think you would be good for the staff team.
