Benis :DDDDD
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Fuggin Benis a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198885566110/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) coolepicfortnitegamer2687#4553 a4) What timezone are you located in? EST a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 1. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I don’t believe I was ever banned, I think I was only kicked for a false reasoning. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No, I don’t. But I feel like this server would be a good place to start it at. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I joined this community, in the beginning of 2020 and I’ve had great experience with the staff members and the players. The community has given so much to me and I want to return the favor by applying for staff and hopefully becoming one. There have been hours where people have been breaking the rules and no staff were on and it hurts to not be able to do something about. I genuinely want to help out as I like the feeling when I help out a player in a sit or if they have a question. Some people want to become staff to get the power and the reputation that comes with it but I’m applying because I want to help out the community with the best of my capabilities. I want to be a role model to the players and encourage them not to break the rules and maybe even apply for staff. I’ve seen a lot of players joining this server for the first time and they can’t figure out what to do so, they leave because they get bored. I want to avoid that happening and I’ll try my best to teach the new players the basics and what they need. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Starting in the staff team I'll mainly be focusing on taking sits and reports. I'll deal with the sits in a professional manner, listen to both sides of the story and be fair and give the appropriate punishment to the rule-breaker. I'll make sure that during my sits that I'm unbiased and be fair. I want to help this community to grow by helping out new players that just started to play Dark-RP and make sure that they've a fun experience on the server so they get on the server again and keep playing. I'm looking forward to climb up the ranks to be able to be more beneficial. I want to help in other ways by giving suggestions and finding exploits and bugs. I'll also make sure to be on my best behaviour to make the staff team look good and keep a good relation between the players and the staff members. I'll try to connect with the player base and make sure that I keep a good reputation to make the staff team look great. I think that I would be a great addition to the staff team with the benefits that I’m contributing . Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when a player randomly kills another player without an role play situation. I believe the rule breaker should get a verbal warning first time, unless they solely did it on purpose which then I would give them a warning. When is mass rdming I would ban them as quickly as I can. RDA is when a player is randomly arrested without an role play situation. I believe that the RDAer should be meant with a warning, and if they do it again should be a warning. Or, when they do Mass RDA’ing I would ban the person quickly. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means “New Life Rule” which means that when you die, you forget everything you’ve done in your past life and you can’t go back to the area you died in 120 seconds. For an example, when a thief robs a citizen and the citizen doesn’t cooperate and gets killed, that citizen can’t go back to that area he was robbed in for 120 seconds because that would be breaking NLR. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is using other forms of media to inform a character in game of something. Like if a citizen is being robbed across the map from his friend, and the citizen tells his friend on discord he is being robbed. That’s an example of metagaming, it should be meant with a warn. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record some footage of the higher up abusing his powers and report it to a Owner or a high higher level immediately. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would teleport the player to me immediately and freeze him, and I would ban him. Because, this person his causing chaos in the whole server and it’s important to remove the most minge guy from the server. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would please tell them to stop prop blocking and if they refused I would jail them and give them each warnings and if they continue I would have to kick them. Link to comment
