1st one was a count of RDM back in December me and this nice little boy where becoming good friends but one day I killed him as a joke but it was no joke to him so he brought it to the courts and won the case

2nd another count of rdm so this officer was telling this terrorist "all I have to do is stand still and ill still kill you" he said that to the terrorist and he did it even when the terrorist was doing faze clan type stuff so then after witnessing this masterpiece I said hey my turn and I shot the officer and he died and well that's rdm so the courts gave the case to him

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

no but back when I was in my own server the staff pranked me by banning me so I visited one in real life and hit him with a hammer as revenge he started bleeding and I felt bad so I gave him a promo and banned myself for a few days

I have too much to list but ill try - Owner of FGN - Ice Fuse EA - DN - Head of staff - Rim's server Developer - mod on Fusion- Head of staff on OMinion- And just so many more I can't name or I would be here for too long also its 5 am soooooo

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Honestly, I just need something to distract me from everything going on with my life so far Garry mod has done that I love the people, the people just bring me joy and I love building on many communities like this one I feel like I could make it nice and wholesome

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

First of all, thank you all very much for taking the time to read my application, I understand applying for Staff means you need to be a trusted member of the community, know the rules and be active. I appreciate honest feedback from anyone who chooses to vote/reply to my application even if it is negative!

So let's get this going!

XenoRP is not just a "Server" that I play on, it has become so much more than that. The friendships that have been created, the number of memories that I have made, the time that I have invested in the server have all made this a server that I will remember forever. I have made many friendships on the server and there are many members that I consider to be like family. I want to say thank you to everyone for making my experience as amazing as it has been and to those who have helped me on my journey as an RPing role but You are all that has made my experience special and memorable and I am truly so grateful for that.

I strongly believe I deserve the advancement to staff because of the dedication I have shown, how I handle myself on staff and how I interact with players. While I am on staff every situation that comes to me I make sure that I put myself in both person shoes to get a better understanding of the situation. This helps me know when a to warn is needed and when a verbal warning will suffice. I have not received a single false warn report to date and I think the reason being is the approach that I have. I try to be as understanding as I can to people in sits and treat everyone equally and respectfully. People make mistakes, I get that! We are human after all and I believe that educating rather than warning for everything is a much better approach to situations. I have been thanked by a couple of people now who have come back to me and said they appreciated me giving them a second chance. Those same people I have pulled into sits that had a suit against a person for RDM or some other offense and have sat there and listened to me ask the other party for an explanation. Before I can even make my judgment they would tell me they would prefer a verbal warning for them as long as I talked to them about the rule that they broke and they understood. I mention this because usually, it sits the side requesting a sit more often than not wants the person warned immediately for breaking the rules, rarely do I get people who come to me saying that they would be okay with me giving a verbal warning.

I love interacting with the community while in the game and I do so every chance I get. Whether that is making sure I am involved in creating good RP scenarios for laughs and wholesome moments, gameshow situations or even when my base is being raided by the whole server. Creating an enjoyable experience for individuals is much more rewarding than just doing things for me. People come onto this server for many different reasons; an (escape from life), a way to pass the time or just to hang out with friends. If I can even make one person experience better by teaching them how to build a decent base, how to get money, giving them my printers to make money or even just simply giving someone an enjoyable RP with a laugh instead of immediately killing them and tea bagging their body I would do that 1000 times over. With having more involvement I pride myself on the way I respond to situations and I believe I create unique and enjoyable role-play experiences for all those players involved.

I always try to have a good attitude whenever I am on and make sure that if there are not enough staff on and calls come in I hop on staff right away. With the new staff ratio being added back in recently this also means that whenever a staff member needs to get on to fill the spots I try my best to get on as quickly as possible to help out the other staff members that are on. Staffing is so much more than just answering calls, going to a sit and deciding to give someone a warning or not. It's a chance to show the players that XenoRP has staff members who genuinely care about their experience as well as the longevity of the server they are on. Without players, there would be no staff and for that, I would like to thank all of the players who are apart of the XenoRP community with me for helping me get this far in staff, but also those whom I play within the server on other characters that I broke down in my head as a serious roleplayer 

As I wrote this I felt that this would be very different from my other applications. I do not want to regurgitate what I had already talked about on my previous applications as I believe my actions leading up to this point have shown that I care for the server, I care as a staff member and I care as a member of the XenoRP family. Instead, I want to share with you my feelings and thoughts on XenoRP, how I see myself staffing and playing and how extremely proud I feel to be a staff member for you guys as well as how grateful I am to have met as many friends as I have in the time I have been on the server. XenoRP will truly be a community I will remember for many years to come.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this! As mentioned above I appreciate any type of feedback you may offer, positive or negative it does not matter to me. It just helps me grow and learn from my mistakes!

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

hen he/she kills another player for reasons outside of RP or for no reason at all. Punishment is a warning. In instances of mass RDM, those players receive a ban (I think its 2 weeks but I'm not completely sure). RDA (Random Arrest) Is also punishable by a warn and is classified when a play with government employment arrests citizens for no reason or for laws that are not stated by the mayor. Revenge RDM is also punishable by a warn and it happens when players revenge Kill/ Revenge RDM players for probable cause that is not mentioned in RP.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

 NLR (New Life Rule) Is the rule that keeps players from "remembering" or carrying out actions posed in their last life. Players cannot come back to their bases when raids are in session and players may not come back to their place of death for 120 seconds after respawning. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

As the rules state, meta-gaming happens when players use the knowledge they would not otherwise have during RP. Players cannot use knowledge beyond their RP knowledge. Players may not kill themselves to get out of a situation and they may not scam others out of money or items. You may not your knowledge outside of the RP. An example would be a CP raiding for printers when they did not see them or someone said they had the in the OOC chat. Also streaming and just having any way of knowing things you shouldn't.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Man ima take this the smart route just tell someone whos higher than him and yeah record like I always do or grab some kind of evidence

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Grab him quick jail him right away handle my sit right quick cause it would be rude not too and then go handle the mass rdm gentlemen most likely with a cute ban

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Well even though it is only 2 players building things on the streets is very much not allowed i will tell the 2 gentlemen to switch to hobos and follow all building rules as followed in the MOTD
